Service and operator

2KS Technologies Inc. provides Alisha AI Business Rescue for business intake, Business Rescue Assessments, automation planning, workflow design and implementation blueprints. Contact info@2kstechnologies.com for service or billing support.

Planning outputs and permitted use

You may use Alisha outputs for authorized business planning and implementation preparation. Outputs are based on the information supplied and the tools’ planning logic. Business health scores are planning indicators, not an independent audit or verification of your business.

Alisha does not install software, deploy workflows, log in to your production business systems or guarantee revenue, savings, security or legal compliance. Review the outputs, identify missing information and test any proposed implementation. Obtain qualified advice when a decision requires technical, legal, financial or healthcare expertise. Use of ChatGPT and other connected providers is also subject to their applicable terms.

Your responsibilities

Use an account and business information you are authorized to use. Provide accurate process descriptions and confirm assumptions before relying on a plan. Keep account credentials secure. Do not submit passwords, authentication codes, API keys, payment card numbers, named patient records or other restricted information through business tools.

Do not attempt unauthorized access, bypass account or project limits, misuse another customer’s identity, attack the service or use the tools for unlawful activity. Account access can be restricted when account status, entitlement rules or authorized security administration require it. Contact support if you believe a restriction is incorrect.

Trial and account access

New eligible customer accounts receive a 24 hour trial. Trial access includes Intake, Business Rescue Assessment and Automation Plan. Workflow Builder and Implementation Blueprint require paid access and are unavailable during the trial. The trial does not automatically enroll you in a paid plan or charge you when it ends.

Access depends on the connected account’s status and current entitlements. An expired trial, inactive subscription, blocked account or exhausted project allowance can restrict access. Account sign in uses GitHub; use the same GitHub account for the website and the ChatGPT connection.

Projects and assessment retention

One successfully completed Business Rescue Assessment counts as one project. Other tool calls and failed assessments do not count separately. Starter, Professional and Business provide 10, 30 and 100 projects per month. Gold, Diamond and Platinum provide the corresponding monthly allowances.

Subscription allowances follow the paid billing period. Lifetime allowances reset each UTC calendar month. Retrying a stored completed assessment with the same project ID and inputs reuses its result without consuming another project. Assessment business content remains available for 12 calendar months; after expiry, a retry returns an expired-result response without rebuilding or adding project usage. Purchases and cancellation

Website purchases require separate acceptance of the purchase terms before Stripe Checkout. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically at the selected monthly price until canceled. Cancellation stops future renewals and preserves access through the paid period; it does not refund the current period. Charges and lifetime purchases are nonrefundable except where applicable law requires a refund.

Gold, Diamond and Platinum lifetime access means a one time purchase for access while Alisha AI Business Rescue continues to operate, with the selected monthly project allowance. It does not promise that the service will operate forever or guarantee a minimum operating duration. Applicable legal rights remain in effect.

The purchase terms and consent snapshot accepted for a specific purchase govern that purchase. Publishing these service terms does not rewrite earlier accepted purchase records. Payment must be verified by Stripe and synchronized before paid access is granted; a Checkout return alone does not confirm payment.

The public ChatGPT business tools do not initiate subscription purchases. Purchasing and billing are handled separately on the website.

Support, account closure and availability

Support and privacy requests go to info@2kstechnologies.com. You can generate a verified request reference in your account for assessment removal or account closure. Support verifies the request and reviews billing and retained records before removal. Sending a request does not automatically delete data or cancel renewal.

No fixed support response time or service availability guarantee is provided. If the service is unavailable or access fails, contact support rather than assuming a payment or tool operation completed. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies required by applicable law.

Changes and related policies

Updates to these service terms will be posted on this page with a new version and effective date. Purchase consent remains separate and is recorded against the terms shown for that purchase. Read the Privacy Policy for data handling and the purchase terms for payment conditions. Contact support with questions about a change.
